On January 10, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Dlie Ya commune (Dak Lak province), the Party Committees of Hoa Phu, Dlie Ya and Xuan Tho communes organized a sisterhood ceremony between the three localities.
The goal of the signing ceremony is to strengthen solidarity and bond between the Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front, mass organizations and people in communes. Thereby, promoting comprehensive support and cooperation in socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, and building a strong political system. This activity contributes to the successful implementation of the goals of the Party Congresses at all levels.

The content of the twinning between the three communes includes Party building and political system; socio-economic development; deploying social security activities; ensuring national defense and security; front work and mass organizations.
Accordingly, localities will organize working groups to exchange and learn effective economic models in the fields of cultivation, animal husbandry, handicrafts, trade - services, tourism... The three communes will share experiences in developing the private economy and household economy associated with maximizing the potential, advantages and special resources of each locality; and at the same time support connecting the consumption of agricultural products, OCOP products and typical products.

In the coming time, the three communes will focus on mobilizing resources to support the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences caused by natural disasters and epidemics, especially in emergency relief situations. In addition, create conditions to support localities facing difficulties to gradually restore socio-economic development and stabilize people's lives.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Tien Hung - Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Phu commune affirmed: "The twinning ceremony is an important milestone, showing the spirit of solidarity and cohesion between the three localities in the current period. This will be the foundation for communes to strengthen support, share experiences, and overcome difficulties and challenges together.

Mr. Pham Tien Hung emphasized that in the period 2025 - 2030, the three communes are determined to successfully complete the assigned tasks, promote socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, improve people's lives, and reduce the number of poor and near-poor households. At the same time, commit to seriously implementing the agreed contents; regularly exchange and coordinate to make the sisterhood relationship increasingly deeper and bring practical efficiency to the people.
