On August 6, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Long Dien commune (HCMC) said that it had just organized the handover of a Great Solidarity house to a household in difficult circumstances in the area.
Through this, the Great Solidarity house, which has just completed repairs with a cost of 70 million VND sponsored by a business, was awarded by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Dien commune to the family of Mr. H.V. T (Phuoc Lang hamlet). On this occasion, the locality and the sponsoring unit also encouraged and presented practical gifts, helping the family quickly stabilize their lives.
It is known that Mr. H.V. T's family has particularly difficult circumstances. With unstable income from hired work, both taking care of sick children and raising 3 children studying at universities and colleges, they do not have conditions to improve their accommodation, and have lived in a seriously degraded house for many years.
According to the Fatherland Front Committee of Long Dien commune, the Great Solidarity house project from socialized resources not only brings a spacious and safe home to disadvantaged households, but also spreads the spirit of sharing, promoting the effectiveness of social resources in social security work, and caring for people in difficult circumstances in the area.
