The Great Solidarity House was built for the family of Ms. Nguu Thi Toan (resident of group 50, Tan Lap neighborhood, Dong Phu ward, Dong Nai city).
Ms. Toan's family is in housing difficulties, the current house has deteriorated and there are no conditions to repair or rebuild.
The Great Solidarity House is built with an area of over 47.25 m2, according to the design of a level 4 house, built walls, corrugated iron roof; including 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, total cost of 110 million VND.
The construction cost is more than 83 million VND sponsored by businesses and units, the rest is taken care of by the family. The project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of August 2026.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Hoang Thanh Sy - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward said that supporting the construction of Great Solidarity houses is a deeply humane activity, showing the spirit of solidarity and mutual affection of the community, contributing to the effective implementation of social security work, caring for the material and spiritual life of people in difficult circumstances.
