At the conference, the Party Committee of the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command announced and presented the decision to establish a Party Committee and a subordinate Party Cell; the Decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, Party Cell, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command emphasized that the establishment of the Party Committee and affiliated Party cells is an important milestone, affirming the position and core role of grassroots units, affirming the leadership role of units in the management and protection of territorial sovereignty and security of sea and island borders.
The Political Commissar suggested urgently completing the leadership regulations and working regulations to lead, direct and operate his unit to carry out its tasks. Closely coordinate with local forces, Party committees and authorities to effectively carry out the task of managing and firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the sea and island borders in the new situation.
Previously, at the provincial Border Guard units, Colonel Pham Van Thang, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Commander of the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command, also announced the decisions to establish Party Committees and Party Cell under the Party Committee of the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command. The decision appoints the Party Executive Committee, Party Cell, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term.
