Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that they have just coordinated with the Training, Science and Technology and Startup Center (under Thai Nguyen University Branch in Ha Giang 2 ward, Tuyen Quang province) to organize the opening ceremony of the H'Mong ethnic language training class for Provincial Police officers in 2026.
The training class takes place in 3 months with the participation of 50 students. During the training period, officers and soldiers on duty to ensure security and order in the H'Mong ethnic minority area will be equipped with basic knowledge about listening, speaking, reading, writing and using the Mong ethnic language; and learn about customs, habits, cultural traditions and lifestyles of the H'Mong ethnic minority.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Luc The Hung - Deputy Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police requested the students to focus on studying, implement the training program correctly, strictly comply with the classroom regulations and the People's Police regulations.
The Deputy Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police emphasized that after the course, trainees need to use Mong ethnic language proficiently, and understand the customs, habits, culture and lifestyle of the H'Mong ethnic people to meet work requirements, contributing to improving the effectiveness of propaganda, mobilizing the masses and ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.
