On June 25, Nghe An Provincial Police held an advanced model conference for the period 2020-2025 to summarize the patriotic emulation movement and commend typical examples in the force. The conference was attended by Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, along with leaders of departments, organizations and the Ministry of Public Security.
Before the conference, delegates offered flowers and incense at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of the nation, founder and training of the Vietnam People's Public Security.

Over the past 5 years, Nghe An Police have achieved many outstanding achievements, effectively implementing dozens of new models of maintaining security and order, including 10 models that have been replicated by the Ministry of Public Security nationwide. Every year, the Provincial Police force is awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Government and the Ministry of Public Security. More than 3,000 collectives and nearly 8,000 individuals in the force were awarded at all levels. Notably, in 2024, Nghe An Provincial Police was awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces.

At this conference, 6 collectives of Nghe An Provincial Police with outstanding achievements in leading the emulation movement in 2024, including: Staff Department, Hung Loc Ward Police (Vinh City), Hoa Hieu Ward Police (Thai Hoa Town), Quynh Vinh Commune Police (Hoang Mai Town); Chau Khe Commune Police (Con Cuong District) and Huu Kiem Commune Police (Ky Son District) were honored to receive the Emulation Flag of the Government.
30 collectives and 50 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "For National Security" in the period of 2020-2025 have been awarded and commended.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the important contributions of Nghe An Provincial Police in ensuring security and order, protecting people's peaceful lives, and contributing to promoting socio-economic development. At the same time, it is required that the force continue to promote a sense of responsibility, innovate emulation and reward work, and link emulation movements with specific political tasks, especially to absolutely protect the safety of important events of the country and the province in the coming time.

Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, on behalf of all officers and soldiers, seriously received the instructions and affirmed the determination to build an increasingly disciplined, elite, and modern Nghe An Police force, excellently completing all assigned tasks.
At the conference, Nghe An Provincial Police launched the emulation movement "For National Security" for the period 2025 - 2030. Units in the entire force have shown high determination, committed to effectively implementing the emulation goals and targets, creating strong changes in quality and work efficiency.
