Hoa Binh Ward Police (Phu Tho) are synchronously implementing many solutions to reduce social order crimes by at least 10% in 2026 compared to 2025, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
In 2025, 62 cases of social order crimes occurred and were detected in the ward. Implementing the 2026 police work program and the Resolution of the Provincial Police Party Committee, Hoa Binh Ward Police proactively advised the Party Committee and Ward People's Committee to issue resolutions and plans to ensure security and order, identifying the goal of reducing at least 10% of crime cases.
Through the assessment of the first 6 months of 2026, the crime situation in social order has become more complicated than the same period last year. Faced with that reality, Hoa Binh Ward Police continues to advise the Ward People's Committee to direct agencies, units, and residential groups to strengthen preventive measures.
In parallel with advisory work, the unit promoted propaganda and dissemination of laws. In the first 6 months of the year, the Ward Police coordinated to organize 4 propaganda conferences in 7 residential groups and one educational institution with about 1,350 participants; conducted 741 radio broadcasts and issued 10,000 propaganda leaflets.
The all-people movement to protect national security continues to be strengthened through two models: "Management and prevention of crime and law violations among young people" and "Propaganda, dissemination and legal education for people who have completed their prison sentences".
The police force also strengthened the management of residence, management of conditional business establishments in terms of security and order; reviewed, managed, and educated 151 teenagers showing signs of law violations, and at the same time regularly summoned and questioned criminal and drug subjects.
Patrol and control work was maintained with 89 patrol shifts, mobilizing 438 turns of officers and soldiers to participate, thereby detecting 18 cases of violations of social order. In the first 6 months of 2026, the entire ward recorded and detected 25 cases of crimes against social order, creating a premise for Hoa Binh ward police to strive to complete the goal of reducing crime according to the plan.
