Through propaganda and dissemination of laws by functional forces, Mr. Tran Nhut Quynh, residing in Phu Hoi 1 village, Van Thang commune (Khanh Hoa province), voluntarily went to Van Thang Commune Police to hand over rudimentary weapons. Mr. Quynh clearly recognized the risk of unsafety and the risk of violating the law when storing weapons and supporting tools in his family. From there, he proactively brought the remaining rudimentary weapons to the commune police headquarters to hand over.
Proactively eliminating the risk of causing unsafety right from the family not only protects himself and his loved ones but also demonstrates responsibility to security and order in the locality. Mr. Quynh's actions contribute to spreading the awareness of self-discipline in law compliance among the people.
To mobilize people to hand over weapons, explosives, and support tools, the Van Thang Commune Police Command identified this as a key task to prevent crime early and remotely. The Commune Police deployed propaganda according to the motto "going to each alley, knocking on each door"; officers and soldiers maintained a gentle attitude, guided wholeheartedly, ensuring the rights and safety of people when handing over.
The commune police force also coordinates with mass organizations, village heads, and reputable people to grasp the situation and mobilize those who are still concerned. Being close to the people and sticking to the area contributes to building trust and making the State's policy a voluntary action in the community.
Weapons, explosives and supporting tools, no matter what purpose they are stored for, still pose a risk of accidents or being exploited by bad guys. Van Thang Commune Police mobilize people to proactively inspect and voluntarily hand over the types of weapons, explosives, and supporting tools still stored, contributing to building a safe and peaceful area.
