On July 9, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Ho Chi Minh City organized a training class on digital transformation skills and application of artificial intelligence (AI) in solving work for officials, civil servants, public employees and employees of the VFF Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City - emphasized that digital transformation in the Front system is not only aimed at innovating working methods, but also contributes to promoting democracy, creating conditions for people to participate in community governance using digital technology.
Spreading the spirit of digital transformation is the responsibility of each cadre, civil servant, public employee, and employee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system, socio-political organizations at all levels in the city. Each person needs to be a pioneer, not afraid of difficulties in accessing new technologies, and proactively foster digital transformation knowledge for themselves. From there, improve the quality of advice, synthesis, and information processing according to the motto "data is sufficient - correct - clean - alive".
Promoting digital transformation and applying technology to solve problems is not only a requirement for innovation in working methods, but also an important solution to improve the quality of advisory work, synthesis, propaganda, mobilization of people, grasping public opinion, deploying emulation movements, campaigns and serving people more practically and effectively.
At the training class, students were introduced to a general overview of digital transformation and innovation; instructions on exploiting and using artificial intelligence tools to serve professional work... The program also thoroughly grasped the requirement to use artificial intelligence for the right purpose of public duty, in accordance with regulations; ensuring information security and data confidentiality.
