The Provincial People's Committee decided to establish the Hai Duong Provincial Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center under the Provincial People's Committee Office, on the basis of merging the Center for Enterprise Development Support, Consulting and Investment Promotion under the Department of Planning and Investment, the Center for Trade Promotion under the Department of Industry and Trade and the Center for Tourism Information - Promotion under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The Center's office is at 47 Quang Trung, Quang Trung Ward (Hai Duong City).
The center is a public service unit that self-insures regular expenditures; has legal status, has its own seal and account and is allowed to open an account at the State Treasury and a bank according to the provisions of law; is under the direct direction and management of the Provincial People's Committee Office on structure, organization and operation; at the same time, is under the state management of competent state agencies.
The Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee specifically stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the center according to regulations.
The Provincial People's Committee Office; the Departments: Planning and Investment, Industry and Trade, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Finance, Home Affairs and relevant agencies and units are responsible for organizing and implementing tasks according to the Project " Establishment of the Center for Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support of Hai Duong province" under the Provincial People's Committee Office, which was issued and completed before February 28.
The Hai Duong Province Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center started operating on March 1.
