According to a local camera, the incident occurred at around 11pm on February 17, 2 students were riding a motorbike on Provincial Road 392 in the direction from Phu to Nhan Quyen Commune (Binh Giang District, Hai Duong Province).
When arriving at Thai Minh commune, the motorbikes of the two students suddenly crashed into a car traveling in the same direction in front that was turning onto the road.
The collision caused 2 students sitting on a motorbike to fall onto the road. After that, the victims were taken to the emergency room but died due to severe injuries.
Upon receiving the report, the authorities of Binh Giang district (Hai Duong province) quickly arrived at the scene to conduct an autopsy and investigate the cause of the accident.
It is known that the two students who died were studying at a high school in the district, the car was driven by Mr. V.H.D (born in 1993, Tan Hong commune, Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province).
The cause of the accident is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
