In November 2025, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan directed a peak campaign to bring the Digital Transformation Support Team and deploy KPI software to communes, wards and special zones.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of localities to organize propaganda, disseminate the role and significance of the campaign, and coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology to create favorable conditions for the Support Team to complete the task.
This force includes professional staff in information technology, helping commune-level authorities effectively implement digital transformation activities, develop e-government, use shared software, implement Project 06 and online public services, contributing to improving digital skills for staff, civil servants and people.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Finance, universities, colleges and localities to strictly implement the Regulations on coordination and operation of the Digital Transformation Support Team according to Decision No. 1829/QD-UBND dated October 29, 2025.
This department also assigned leaders in charge of the area, as focal points for monitoring, urging, and guiding training for members, ensuring synchronous and effective implementation. After the support period, the Department will organize a preliminary review, evaluation, experience assessment and proposal for further direction, and at the same time summarize arising issues to promptly resolve or report to competent authorities.
Among the participants was Le Hoang Oanh, a student at Khanh Hoa University. She said that directly instructing on the use of KPI software and online public services is a valuable experience, helping to improve professional skills, practice communication skills and teamwork.
Currently, the KPI set of Khanh Hoa province has been established synchronously, applied from specialists to leaders, both at the commune level and affiliated agencies and units. The bringing of the Support Team to the grassroots is expected to speed up the comprehensive digital transformation process and standardize the assessment of public service performance through the KPI system.
In October 2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will organize a launching ceremony for the peak campaign to bring the Digital Transformation Support Team (CDS) and deploy Key Performance indicator (KPI) software to communes, wards and special zones in the province.
The support team includes 162 students and lecturers from universities and colleges in Khanh Hoa province.
Each member must be a digital soldier, making the most of knowledge and skills to guide and support cadres, civil servants and people.
At the same time, the commune and ward authorities coordinated and created favorable conditions for the Support Team to complete the task.
