In the context that the border area is mainly home to ethnic minorities, proficient use of indigenous languages is extremely important. Ethnic language is not only a communication tool but also a bridge to help officials and soldiers get closer to the people and understand the people better.
Thanks to that, the border guard force does a good job of propaganda and mobilization of people to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; participating in maintaining security and order, and developing economy - culture - society in the border area.
Through the contest, the Border Guard continues to promote the movement to learn ethnic languages, improve the quality of mass mobilization work, and build a solid all-people border defense posture. The event also creates opportunities for units to exchange, learn, and share experiences, contributing to improving the effectiveness of training and fostering cadres in the new situation.
