The unit organizes training closely with the combat plan, combat objects, battlefields, organizing staff and weapons and equipment; Taking the task of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland and building the Army, Region, and Center in the direction of "Revolution, regularity, elite, and modernity" as the training goal.
The Party Committee and Command of the Center have issued a thematic resolution on leadership tasks of combat training, building regulations, disciplining and ensuring safety in 2025; at the same time, proactively developing a framework for management and training staff in accordance with regulations. The unit has fully prepared sports schools, training grounds, models of teaching aids, lesson plans, training lectures, as well as facilities for the youth room...
In his speech, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Anh Tuan praised, acknowledged and congratulated the training results, combat readiness, building a disciplined order and disciplining the unit in recent years.
The Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Region requested the unit to continue to strictly implement the contents and training programs; promote the work of building a systematic and disciplined order; do a good job of forecasting, grasping, orienting and resolving ideas, determined not to let any ideological surprises happen. Along with that, the unit needs to pay attention to taking care of the material and spiritual lives of officers and soldiers, especially new soldiers; building a united and close relationship throughout the unit.
On this occasion, the Center launched the peak emulation campaign "Quick - Determined to win" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Truong Sa archipelago, associated with the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; 70th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Navy; Region 4 Party Congress and the Party Congress of the Training Center for the 2025 - 2030 term.
