After meeting the advanced new rural commune (NTM) standards in 2023, the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Hung commune are determined to improve the quality of the criteria and strive to build a model NTM in 2024.
From 2015 to 2024, the commune mobilized over 181 billion VND to build model new rural areas, advanced new rural areas and new rural areas. Implementing the criteria for security and order (ANTT) in building a model new rural area, every year, the Commune Police advise the Commune Party Committee to issue resolutions on security and order assurance. The Commune People's Committee actively and proactively develops plans to effectively implement the work of ensuring security and order. The commune mobilized over 400 million VND to install a security surveillance camera system in Quang Xa village; established 4 fire prevention and fighting teams; 4 inter-family groups and 6 self-management teams for security and order to operate effectively.
The security and order situation is maintained, the economy is developed, the material and spiritual life of the people in the commune is increasingly improved. In 2024, the average income per capita of the commune will reach 95 million VND/person/year; the poverty rate will decrease to 0.77%; 4/4 villages will be recognized as cultural villages. 100% of schools are recognized as meeting national standards...
With the results in building a model new rural commune, on November 29, 2024, the People's Committee of Hung Yen province issued Decision No. 2655/QD-UBND recognizing Quang Hung commune as meeting the standards of a model new rural commune on security and order.
On this occasion, the people and cadres of Quang Hung commune were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period of 2021-2025; many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement to build new rural areas were commended by all levels.
