Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the auction of the right to use 68 plots of land for people to build houses to create capital for new rural construction in Chinh Nghia commune, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province on March 22.
The plots of land have an area of 83.8 - 85m2. The starting price is 17 - 24 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land is 289 - 341.9 million VND. Auction by upward bidding method. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round.
Then on March 25, an auction of the right to use 80 plots of land for people to build houses in the new residential area of Ngo Quyen commune (now Vuong Town), Tien Lu district, Hung Yen province will take place on March 25.
The area of the plots ranges from 90 - 120m2, the total area of the plots is 8,314.6m2. The starting price of the plots ranges from 7 - 12 million VND/m2. Auction by upward bidding method. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on March 8 to 5:00 p.m. on March 20.
The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 25 at the Tien Lu District Cultural House Hall.
Previously, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company issued a notice of auction of land use rights for 49 plots of land in residential area No. 2, An Vien commune, Tien Lu district, Hung Yen province on March 16.
The plots of land have an area of 77-125m2, starting price from 8 - 20 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted in the form of gathering auction participants in the hall and direct secret ballot in 1 round at the auction by the method of bidding up. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 16, 2025, at the Hall of the Tien Lu District Cultural House.
Then, on March 22, OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company coordinated with the People's Committee of Phu Cu district to organize an auction of the right to use 71 plots of land for people to build houses in Residential Area No. 6, Tong Phan commune, Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province.
The plots of land have an area of 90 - 239m2, starting price from 11 - 13.2 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land.
On March 23, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company will auction the right to use 107 plots of land for people to build houses in Residential Area No. 10, Dinh Cao Commune, Phu Cu District, Hung Yen Province.
The plots of land have an area of 93 - 184m2, starting price from 1 - 2.9 billion VND/plot. The deposit for each plot of land is from 200 - 485 million VND/plot of land. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land (allotment) according to the method of auctioning upward bidding.
The auction started at 8:30 a.m. on March 23 (Sunday) at the Phu Cu District Cultural House (address: Tran Cao Town, Phu Cu District, Hung Yen Province).
