Hung Yen - May 6, the province broke ground to build Van Noi communal house to expand the campus of the Memorial House and Temple of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan.

Hung Yen province broke ground to build Van Noi village communal house in a new location to serve the expansion of the Memorial House and Temple of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - Mother of President Ho Chi Minh.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Doan - Chairman of Viet Tien Commune People's Committee - said that Van Noi communal house has long been a cultural symbol, a place of convergence of religious life and community activities of the people in the commune, the communal house worships Saint Do Anh Vu - a famous mandarin under the Ly Dynasty, who contributed to supporting the King and helping the country, suppressing foreign invaders, and bringing peace to the people.

The construction of Van Noi communal house in a new location to expand the premises of the Memorial House of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - President Ho Chi Minh's mother also stems from practical requirements in the current development phase. The old space of the communal house has been somewhat limited in area, not meeting the increasing cultural and religious needs of the people, as well as welcoming a large number of pilgrims from all directions to visit and worship.

Meanwhile, the Hoang Thi Loan Memorial House is a red address with profound historical and humanistic significance, associated with the tradition of filial piety, which needs to be invested in and expanded accordingly to further promote educational values and spread cultural spirit in the community. The planning and rearrangement of the space of the two works in a harmonious and synchronous direction will contribute to raising the general face of the locality, creating a highlight to attract visitors, and gradually developing cultural and spiritual tourism.

In the process of preparing for construction, the Party Committee, government and Van Noi village grassroots level have organized meetings to seek opinions from the people, publicize policies, listen to contributions and complete construction plans in the spirit of democracy, transparency, and receptiveness. The project has received high consensus and unanimity from the entire people. This is the convergence of consensus of the people's hearts, an important foundation, showing the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the community for preserving the homeland's heritage.

After considering the proposal of Viet Tien Commune People's Committee, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hung Yen province issued an official document fully agreeing with the policy of relocating and rebuilding Van Noi communal house and Hung Khanh pagoda at the new planned location to serve the expansion of the Memorial House and Temple of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan. At the same time, the Department also requested Viet Tien Commune People's Committee to organize the implementation to ensure strict compliance with the provisions of law, especially the Law on Belief and Religion, the Law on Construction and related regulations.

Not only stopping there, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also assigned professional departments and agencies to coordinate in preparing dossiers to request the ranking of national-level relics for the Memorial House of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - President Ho Chi Minh's mother. This is a very important direction, contributing to affirming the profound historical and cultural value of the project, and at the same time opening up great opportunities to preserve and promote heritage sustainably in the future.

The Sangha has fully supported the policy of relocating Hung Khanh Pagoda to a new location according to the plan, and at the same time requested the locality to pay attention to, create conditions, and support the pagoda to complete legal procedures, organize the design and construction of a new pagoda to ensure compliance with traditional architecture and preserve Buddhist cultural identity.

To ensure that the project is implemented on schedule and with quality, the locality requests construction, consulting, and supervision units to uphold their sense of responsibility and strictly comply with regulations on technical, aesthetic, and labor safety. At the same time, we hope to continue to receive the attention and support of leaders at all levels, organizations, individuals, and the entire people in the process of project implementation" - the leader of Viet Tien commune emphasized.
