On April 9, the Department of Justice coordinated with the Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union to organize a conference to summarize the online contest "Understanding the law on the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies", and at the same time launched the Second Political Essay Contest to protect the Party's ideological foundation among union members and youth in 2026.
According to the report, the online contest took place in 30 days (from February 14 to March 14, 2026), attracting 1,686,565 entries with 100,136 participants. This result shows the widespread spread of the contest among all classes of people.
The organizational work is deployed methodically, from developing plans, issuing regulations to preparing a question system and technical infrastructure. The online exam format on a digital platform creates favorable conditions for people to participate, contributing to innovating the work of disseminating and educating the law.
The quality of the exam papers has been clearly improved with 2,393 candidates answering 19/19 questions absolutely correctly. Participants are diverse, from students, workers to officers and soldiers of the armed forces, affirming that this is a widespread political and legal activity throughout the province.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to outstanding collectives and individuals; and at the same time commended typical units and individuals in propaganda and deployment of the contest. Also here, the 2nd Political Science Contest to Protect the Ideological Foundation of the Party in 2026 was launched, aiming to attract from 2.5 to 3 million union members and youth to participate.

The delegates witnessed the signing ceremony of the coordination program between the Department of Justice and the Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union on consulting and supporting legal procedures for young businesses and creative startups; and launched a pilot model on judicial work in communes and wards.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and creativity of agencies and units in organizing the contest. He emphasized that the application of online form is a step in line with the digital transformation trend, contributing to bringing the law closer to people and businesses.
Regarding the political commentary contest, he affirmed that this is a task of profound political significance, requiring the promotion of the youth's pioneering role in the fight against wrong and hostile views.
At the same time, the construction of grassroots judicial models and the implementation of legal support for young businesses need to ensure substance and effectiveness, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management and strengthening the people's trust.
