On May 28 and 29, the working delegation of the Steering Committee for building the Project "Building and developing a team of teachers and preschool education managers in the Army to 2030 and the following years" (Project 1723) led by Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Military Women's Committee.
The delegation came to survey to serve the development of the Project, and at the same time inspected preschool education work in the 2025-2026 school year at schools belonging to Economic - National Defense Team 720 and Economic - National Defense Team 726, Corps 16, in Lam Dong province.
Colonel Vu Van Dinh, Deputy Head of the Political Department of the 16th Corps; representatives of agencies of the 16th Corps also participated in the survey delegation.

Kindergartens belonging to Economic - National Defense Teams 720 and 726 are mainly located in remote, isolated, and border areas; facilities and people's lives are still difficult. Most students are children of ethnic minorities, and access to education is still limited.
Nevertheless, the management staff and teachers of the schools always uphold the spirit of responsibility, dedication to the profession, proactively overcome difficulties, maintain good teaching discipline, and effectively implement the work of caring for, nurturing, and educating children.
In the working program, the working delegation directly surveyed facilities and teaching equipment; checked records and management books; grasped the situation of teachers and staff and child care and education at school sites.

At the same time, the delegation conducted a review and assessment of the current situation of teachers and preschool education management staff; recruitment, use, training, fostering and implementation of regimes and policies for teachers and staff in preschool education institutions under the 16th Corps, serving the development of Project 1723.
At the schools where the delegation came to survey, Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Command of Corps 16 and the Party committees and commanders of units for preschool education work; and at the same time acknowledged the spirit of responsibility, enthusiasm, and efforts to overcome difficulties of the management staff and teachers working at schools in remote, isolated, and border areas.

The comrade emphasized that the actual survey activity is not only aimed at correctly assessing the current situation of teachers and preschool education managers in the Army, but also an important basis for researching and proposing appropriate policies and solutions to build and develop a team of preschool teachers to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation, contributing to improving the quality of care, nurturing, and education of children in difficult areas.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented supplies and toys to kindergartens under Economic - National Defense Teams 720 and 726 with a total value of 20 million VND, contributing to supporting schools to improve the quality of care and education for children.
