On September 6, information from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province said that the unit had just organized visits, encouragement and gifts for students and teachers in My Ly border commune.
Previously, a delegation from the province led by Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province visited and encouraged teachers and students and attended the handover ceremony of My Ly 2 Kindergarten and Primary School in Cha Nga village, My Ly commune.
Also participating in the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association and representatives of departments and branches.
At the school site, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh and the working delegation inspected the learning and living conditions of teachers and students; and at the same time performed the handover ceremony of the project to put it into use in the 2026-2027 school year.
My Ly 2 Kindergarten and Primary School in Cha Nga village was built with the joint efforts of Dan Tri Newspaper, sponsors, local authorities and related units, contributing to improving teaching and learning conditions for teachers and students in the border area.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province presented hundreds of gifts in kind and cash to students in particularly difficult circumstances who are conscious of striving in their studies.
Kindergartens and elementary schools in the commune are also supported with funds to purchase teaching equipment, semi-boarding supplies and improve living space for students.
The total value of gifts and support funds in the program is more than 150 million VND.
The gifts given at the beginning of the new school year contribute to sharing difficulties with students in border areas, and at the same time support schools to improve care, teaching and learning conditions in mountainous areas.
