At the special art program with the theme "Proud of moving forward under the glorious Party flag" on the evening of January 25, the Organizing Committee emphasized the historical significance of February 3, 1930 - a glorious milestone marking the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Under the leadership of the Party, the Vietnamese revolution has gradually overcome challenges, bringing the country firmly on the path of renovation, integration and development. At the program, the Organizing Committee also quickly reported the results of the 14th National Party Congress, affirming that the success of the Congress is considered a strategic vision milestone, arousing the aspiration to build a more prosperous, civilized, and happier country in the new period.

With the theme "Proud to move forward under the glorious Party flag", the art program is elaborately staged, on a large scale, including 3 chapters: "The sun in the heart"; "The colors of solidarity"; "Belief and aspiration".
The program content is a continuous flow recreating the 96-year glorious journey of the Communist Party of Vietnam, associated with outstanding achievements in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.
The program has the participation of many famous artists such as Viet Danh, Khac Hieu, Van Anh; singers from Lao Cai province and more than 1,100 professional and amateur actors.
Through well-invested singing, dancing, and music performances, the program has spread the atmosphere of excitement, pride, and firm belief of the people of all ethnic groups in Lao Cai in the Party.
Many performances received extended applause from the audience, especially mass dances performed by actors from Yen Bai, Van Phu, Nam Cuong wards and students in the area.
Vivid and emotional images have clearly shown the spirit of national great unity, the bond between the Party and the People.
Closing the program was a brilliant fireworks display with the familiar melody "As if Uncle Ho is present on the day of great victory", creating a joyful atmosphere of celebrating the Party and Spring, leaving a deep impression in the hearts of Lao Cai people.
