At the ceremony of Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee - Military Command and the Provincial Armed Forces Emulation and Reward Council, launched emulation contents to each collective and individual in the Provincial Military Command's agencies.
Compete to promote propaganda and education, creating a strong change in awareness and responsibility for Party committees, commanders at all levels and cadres and soldiers in innovation in thinking, digital transformation, development of science, technology, innovation, and innovation in leadership methods. Compete to ensure synchronous investment in digital infrastructure, creating a solid foundation for digital transformation. Compete to promote digital transformation, apply science, technology, innovation in the implementation of military, defense and administrative reform tasks. Compete to build digital agencies and digital units.
Expand the "Digital education movement"; focusing on implementing the goal of popularizing digital knowledge and basic digital skills for officers and soldiers; arousing the spirit of learning, promoting emulation movements with the motto "those who know say to those who do not know, those who know a lot say to those who know little about digital transformation", organizing "Digital practice hour", "Digital skills festival". Linking the emulation movement with the implementation of the Project "Building a learning society in the Army until 2030 and the following years", emulation movements are being implemented in the provincial armed forces.
In 2025, over 80% of officers and employees in the field will have knowledge of digital transformation, knowledge and digital skills, use digital platforms and services for work; use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services, and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment. By 2026, 100% of officers and professional staff will fully implement the above contents and become digital citizens...

At the ceremony to represent the heads of the 3 departments of Staff, Politics and Logistics - Technical, Border Guard Command, Defense Command of regions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Regiment 892, Regiment 893, and the Provincial Military Command, the emulation agreement was signed.
