On the morning of June 9, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to award decisions on personnel work. Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Van Bay chaired the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Ho Chi Minh City leaders handed over the decision to receive and appoint Mr. Le Hoai Phong - Head of the Political Affairs Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Ho Chi Minh City. The term of appointment is 5 years.
Speaking to assign tasks, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Van Bay congratulated Mr. Le Hoai Phong on being trusted by city leaders with a new responsibility.
Mr. Tran Van Bay emphasized that ethnic minority and religious affairs are areas that play a particularly important role in the development of Ho Chi Minh City. This is an area that requires cadres not only to firmly grasp guidelines, policies, and laws but also to have in-depth professional knowledge, practical experience and skills to mobilize the masses.
Leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee expressed their belief that Mr. Le Hoai Phong will promote his capacity and work experience, quickly approach new tasks, and together with the Board of Directors and officials and civil servants of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Ho Chi Minh City, successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Ho Chi Minh City Le Hoai Phong said that he will quickly integrate into the new working environment, promote the spirit of responsibility, and together with the leadership, officials, and civil servants of the department, unite and strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
