On the occasion of the New Year 2026, on February 2, a delegation from the Development Department - Cambodian Ministry of National Defense, led by Lieutenant General Ut Huon Pi Say, Director of the Department, visited, wished Tet, and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of the Border Guard Command of An Giang province.
