On July 4, the Military Command of Quang Tri province said that the unit had just coordinated with the Political Department of Military Region 4 to organize the program "Population and education of laws on gender equality, violence prevention and early marriage in 2026", combined with social security activities aimed at people in border areas.
The program was attended by delegates from the Political Department, Logistics Department (General Staff), Political Department of Military Region 4, Quang Tri Provincial Military Command, Provincial Border Guard Command, Provincial Women's Union, Party committees, local authorities, and officers, soldiers and people of Truong Son commune.
Innovating the form of propaganda, the Organizing Committee built the program according to an interactive game show model, combining the presentation of situational video and a "simulated trial" to adjudicate domestic violence.
Through legal questions, direct counseling and mock trials, people are equipped with knowledge about the Law on Gender Equality, the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control and regulations on early marriage prevention and control, contributing to raising awareness of law compliance, building equal and happy families.
On this occasion, leaders of the General Staff, Military Region 4 and Quang Tri Provincial Military Command presented gifts to the Truong Son Commune Military Command, the Commune Women's Union, Long Son Elementary School, women union members in difficult circumstances and 60 poor students overcoming difficulties, showing concern and sharing with people in border areas.
The program contributes to raising legal awareness, consolidating the great national unity bloc and spreading the spirit of responsibility of the armed forces in legal propaganda and implementing social security policies in border areas.
