According to the Son La Provincial Electronic Information Portal, Yen Son Commune People's Committee has just organized a meeting of the Working Group to deploy the task of surveying, mapping cadastral records and completing the land database in the area under the chairmanship of Mr. Do Danh Long, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.
At the meeting, delegates were thoroughly grasped of Plan No. 113/KH-UBND of the Commune People's Committee; deploying tasks according to Plan No. 2959/KH-BNNMT-BCA of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Ministry of Public Security; Plan No. 114/KH-UBND of Son La Provincial People's Committee and Plan No. 899/KH-SNNMT of Son La Provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment on surveying, mapping cadastral records and completing the land database.
According to the plan, Yen Son Commune People's Committee has consolidated and established 4 working groups including: the team in charge of collecting scanned dossiers; the team in charge of collecting personal papers; the team in charge of collecting spatial regimes; the team in charge of cleaning data on software.
The teams have the task of deploying plans at the grassroots level, mobilizing cadres, professional civil servants, police forces, village heads and mass organizations to coordinate in reviewing, verifying, and standardizing information, serving the construction of a synchronous and accurate land database.
Delegates also focused on discussing, reviewing, and classifying information on land plots that have not been cleaned of data; unifying implementation plans and assigning specific tasks to each member and each working group to ensure progress and quality according to the plan.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Do Danh Long requested the working groups to promote the spirit of responsibility, strengthen coordination with specialized agencies, Branch of Land Registration Office Region VIII and villages in the area in the process of measuring, collecting, inspecting, and comparing information.
At the same time, proactively remove difficulties and obstacles arising, ensure the completion of tasks on schedule, contributing to building a unified and modern land database, effectively serving state management and people's needs.
