Ministries, branches and localities continue to review overlapping policies to create breakthroughs in the development of education and training in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Education and training in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in recent times has achieved important results in various fields, contributing to improving the quality of human resources, aiming to increase job creation for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas, contributing to sustainable multidimensional poverty reduction in these disadvantaged areas.

Delegates suggested that it is necessary to pay attention to policies to ensure fairness in access to education, which is to prioritize supporting educational institutions in areas and areas with difficult facilities, equipment, teaching staff, ethnic minority and mountainous areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, etc.

The Government needs to direct and evaluate the coordination and implementation of the recruitment policy between ministries, branches and between ministries and localities such as the recruitment and training targets must be linked to the needs of use, work assignment according to the correct recruitment address, training specialties must be linked to the socio-economic development orientation of the locality.

On the National Assembly's side, it is necessary to continue to monitor the implementation of policies on use and treatment of talents, human resources of ethnic minorities, and human resources working in areas with difficult and extremely difficult socio-economic conditions...

Delegates also proposed prioritizing the development of education and training for ethnic minorities and ethnic minority and mountainous areas;...
