On the morning of January 15, the Steering Committee for Military and Civilian Tet activities of An Giang province organized a conference to deploy the plan to summarize activities in 2026 in Hoa Dien commune.
At the conference, the progress of implementing military-civilian Tet activities in 2026 (from June 23, 2025 to December 25, 2025) was reported. Accordingly, many key contents and tasks have been implemented with positive results. Housing construction for subjects has been completed 42/48 units; 4/4 rural traffic bridges have been built and put into use; rural road lighting and flower streets have been synchronously implemented; medical examination, health consultation, free medicine distribution for over 1,500 people; many activities to visit and give gifts to poor households, near-poor households, policy families, and students overcoming difficulties and studying well have been organized in a timely and appropriate manner.
In addition to the achieved results, the conference outlined a number of contents and tasks that will continue to be implemented in the coming time and focused on exchanging and proposing solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, and accelerate the progress of implementing tasks to ensure the progress of the summary.

Speaking to direct at the conference, Senior Colonel Cao Minh Tam, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Military-Civilian Tet Activities Organizing Committee, acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility of departments, agencies, branches, unions and localities in the process of implementing activities in Hoa Dien commune. He requested agencies and units assigned to be in charge of each content and task to continue to closely follow the plan, proactively coordinate, and promptly remove difficulties, especially in mobilizing socialized resources, determined to complete all contents before the time of organizing the summary.
According to the plan, the Summary Ceremony of Military-Civilian Tet activities in 2026 in Hoa Dien commune will be held on February 6, 2026, broadcast live. Thereby, it is aimed at comprehensively assessing the results of implementation, praising typical collectives and individuals, and assigning the task of organizing Military-Civilian Tet activities in 2027 to the next locality.
