The Thai Nguyen Provincial Cooperative Alliance has just organized a training class on presentation skills, consulting to support the development of the collective economy and cooperatives for the team of officials and specialists of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance and affiliated units, according to the Thai Nguyen e-Portal.
Speaking at the training class, leaders of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Cooperative Alliance said that in the context of the 2023 Cooperative Law and mechanisms and policies to support collective economic development being implemented, the team of officials needs to regularly update knowledge, improve professional qualifications, propaganda skills, consulting and guidance to meet task requirements.
Leaders of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance proposed that each official proactively innovate working methods, improve communication skills, presentation and guidance, contributing to bringing the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State to cooperatives, cooperative groups and collective economic organizations effectively, thereby improving the quality of operation of the collective economic sector in the province.
At the training class, lecturers conveyed contents on active teaching methods; learning through action and experience; group discussion, role-playing; communication skills, listening, observation, presentation; lecture design and presentation skills. Students also participated in exchange, discussion, situation handling and group practice to improve communication and consulting skills.
According to the Organizing Committee, the program aims to equip the team of officials of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance with presentation skills, lecture design, active teaching methods and pedagogical skills; and at the same time improve the capacity to propagate and disseminate the Cooperative Law, the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State and the province on collective economic development and cooperatives.
Through the training class, trainees are supplemented with knowledge and skills in consulting on the establishment, guiding the consolidation, arrangement, innovation and orientation of the operation of collective economic organizations and cooperatives; gradually building a contingent of cadres and lecturers who are sufficiently capable of carrying out propaganda, consulting, and supporting collective economic development, contributing to promoting the collective economic sector and cooperatives in Thai Nguyen province to develop sustainably.
