On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026), the People's Committee of Hiep Duc mountainous commune, Da Nang City, has just coordinated with Loc Phat Commercial Joint Stock Bank to organize the awarding of savings books to 3 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in the area.
According to the "Gratitude" program supported by Vingroup Group, each Mother is given a savings book worth 800 million VND, with a total value of 2.4 billion VND.
Because the Mothers are old and have limited health, representatives of local authorities and banks have come to the families to carry out procedures and hand over certificates.
Previously, the People's Committee of Hiep Duc commune reviewed cases of people with meritorious services in the area and proposed to support 3 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers living in the locality.
Representatives of Hiep Duc Commune People's Committee said that the support contributes to caring for the lives of Mothers, and also expresses gratitude to families who have made many sacrifices and contributions to the country.
