Giving many meaningful gifts to people in border areas

Dak Nong - Many meaningful gifts with a total value of billions of dong have been presented by authorities to people and students in border areas.

On September 27-28, the Working Group of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee - the Steering Committee for coordinating activities between the armed forces and socio-political organizations of Ho Chi Minh City organized the program "Skilled mass mobilization - connecting the border" in Dak Mil district (Dak Nong).

The program aims to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2024).

At the destinations, the Working Group presented gifts to serve professional work and improve the health of officers and soldiers working at Border Guard Stations, Border Militia Posts and people;

Giving scholarships, bicycles, books and school supplies to students; giving health insurance cards and agricultural tools to people in difficult circumstances...

The delegation presented 10 televisions; 8 water purifiers; 6 sets of computers and printers; 1 projection screen and projector; 1 water filter tank; 2 wells; a cluster of solar power poles; 60 scholarships; 60 student bicycles; and 50 sets of school supplies.

In addition, there are 1,000 notebooks; 250 health insurance cards; 30 first aid kits; 2 lawn mowers; 1 oxygen generator and 1,000 national flags... The total value for the activities in Dak Nong province is about 1 billion VND.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Head of Mass Mobilization of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Head of Direction shared that the program "Skilled Mass Mobilization - Connecting Borders" is a very meaningful activity.

The program aims to continue to strengthen coordination between armed forces units, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in propagating and mobilizing care for ethnic minorities in border areas.

Through the program, continue to firmly consolidate the great national unity bloc according to Decision (No. 57) dated June 3, 2024 of the Prime Minister.
