In 2025, despite many difficulties and challenges, unstable prices of input factors serving agricultural production, harsh climate conditions in areas... have significantly affected the implementation of key political tasks of the unit and the lives of workers in the area.
With high efforts, solidarity and unity, the unit has overcome all difficulties, achieved certain results, many excellent completions, and was highly appreciated by the 16th Army Corps and local authorities.
During the year, the unit organized military training and live ammunition testing for the subjects, with good results; successfully organized the Party Congress of the Regiment for the 2025-2030 term, the Congress of mass organizations of the Trade Union, Youth and Women for the 2025-2030 term.
At the same time, giving gifts, providing free medical examinations, organizing social activities... with an amount of nearly 600 million VND. Participating in 350 working days to help people harvest coffee products in the 2024-2025 coffee crop.
In addition, build and hand over 2 "Grand Unity Houses" and 10 "Comrades' Houses"; call on benefactors, businesses, and units to donate funds to support the construction of 2 Great Unity Houses; donate to support the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, support the Cuban people and people in the northern provinces to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
Admitted and supported 32 ethnic minority students in difficult circumstances, with an amount of 335.8 million VND; organized 6 propaganda sessions, disseminated 07 topics on the law, distributed nearly 1,000 leaflets and disseminated and disseminated through the internal communication system in two languages (Kinh and M'Nong).
The unit also organized tours and studied the organic fertilizer production model and the coffee replanting and care model; trained and instructed on techniques for preventing and handling pests and diseases on coffee trees and cajuput trees, with 350 workers participating; presented breeding cows and buffaloes to 179 ethnic minority households and poor households in the two communes of Quang Truc and Tuy Duc.
