The Party Committee and Command of Regiment 892, Military Command of An Giang province have just organized the "S uproar of Love" art night. The unit has received a lot of sharing and support from Party committees, agencies, departments, local unions, and enterprises in the area and contributions from officers and soldiers throughout the unit with a total support amount of over 200 million VND and 12 houses.
From the donated funds, the Party Committee and the Regiment Command considered and agreed to support 40 families of officers, professional soldiers and non-commissioned soldiers with difficult economic circumstances to stabilize their lives.
At the funding awarding ceremony, the Party Committee and Command of Regiment 892 presented funding to support the construction of houses for 12 families (each house from 30 to 50 million VND) and cash support to 28 families of officers, professional soldiers and non-commissioned officers - soldiers in difficult circumstances throughout the unit.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoa - Political Commissar of Regiment 892, Military Command of An Giang province - said: After more than 10 years of implementing the "Back-to-back love" model, Regiment 892 has raised nearly 2.2 billion VND and 66 "Back-to-backs" houses.
From the mobilized funds, the Regiment has supported more than 200 families of officers and soldiers in difficult circumstances, contributing to taking good care of their material and spiritual lives, strengthening their strong rear, creating conditions for officers and soldiers to work with peace of mind, always accepting and completing all assigned tasks well.
This is a typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model of the provincial armed forces, enthusiastically supported by local Party committees, authorities, businesses and philanthropists, creating great motivation to encourage officers and soldiers of the unit, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.
The Political Commissar of the 892nd Regiment also hopes that families will be supported with funding to build houses and receive "Back Shelter" houses to stabilize their lives and their economy will develop more and more.
