According to the Plan, in the period 2026 - 2030, the commune strives to invest in opening new roads, expanding roadbeds and solidifying at least 15km of rural roads that meet technical standards; by the end of 2030, the proportion of rural roads concreted will reach over 96%.
Vision to 2040, the commune strives for 100% of rural roads to be asphalted or concreted; all temporary bridges, old bridges and underpasses will be replaced by reinforced concrete bridges, contributing to improving connectivity capacity, ensuring traffic safety and effectively serving the travel and production needs of people.
To achieve the set goals, Luc Yen commune will promote propaganda and thoroughly grasp the province's guidelines and resolutions on rural transport development; implement investment in construction of works in accordance with planning and technical standards; prioritize solutions to ensure drainage, reinforce roadbeds, handle landslides and adapt to climate change.
The plan also emphasizes the effective implementation of the "People do, State supports" mechanism, mobilizing diverse resources for transport infrastructure investment.
In which, the state budget plays a leading role, while encouraging people to voluntarily donate land, participate in site clearance, contribute working days and other legal resources to build traffic projects serving the community.
In addition to construction investment, the commune will strengthen the management of project quality, effectively implement maintenance and repair, and promote the supervisory role of the community to improve usage efficiency, extend project life, and ensure sustainable rural transport development in the coming time.
