On June 7, the launching ceremony of the 2026 exam season support program was held at Hung Vuong High School, with the participation of a large number of volunteer students.
After selection and training, more than 6,000 volunteer students were selected to directly support at 246 exam sites and 35 volunteer teams from universities, academies, and colleges in Ho Chi Minh City. It is expected that the entire program will mobilize more than 30,000 turns of volunteer students to participate in supporting candidates during the high school graduation exam.
In particular, within the framework of the launching ceremony, the organizing committee awarded scholarships to candidates in difficult circumstances, with cash support of 2 - 3 million VND, along with full English scholarships and many other gifts to encourage morale and add strength for them to confidently enter the 2026 high school graduation exam.
According to Mr. Le Nguyen Nam - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Student Cultural House, for activities to accompany and support candidates in difficult circumstances, the organizing committee strengthens mobilization of social resources to award scholarships and support gifts for these candidates.
In phase 1 (April - June 2026), the program awarded 45 "Exam Season Support" scholarships with a total current value of nearly 100 million VND, along with English scholarships and skills courses worth 16.5 million VND each.
To date, the program has mobilized many diverse resources including t-shirts, hats, raincoats, umbrellas, drinking water and food, and stationery for candidates... This diverse source of funding contributes to ensuring conditions to support and encourage candidates and volunteer students at exam sites in Ho Chi Minh City during the 2026 high school graduation exam.
