On July 19, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that Hong Son Commune Police had just promptly supported a lost man to return safely to his family.
Previously, at about 10:30 PM on July 17, Hong Son Commune Police received a report from people about the discovery of a strange man straying in Doc Vau village. This person was in a weak health condition, mentally unstable, and did not remember the address or phone number of a relative.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Commune Police and the Security and Order Protection Team at the grassroots level took the man to the headquarters for health care, encouragement and personal verification.
Through persistent conversation, functional forces determined that this person may reside in Chi Dam commune, Phu Tho province. Hong Son Commune Police then coordinated with Chi Dam Commune Police to verify and clarify that the lost person was Mr. K.N.N. (born 1978), residing in Van Tien 1 area, Chi Dam commune, Phu Tho province.
Due to the family being far away, difficult circumstances and unfavorable weather, they could not come to pick him up. Hong Son Commune Police coordinated with Chi Dam Commune Police to support bringing Mr. K.N.N. back home safely that night.
