Phu Tho - Provincial Police are implementing many activities to support people to use VNeID, contributing to bringing digital transformation closer to ethnic minorities.

On July 16, Phu Tho Provincial Police said that the Office of the Investigation Police Agency (PC01) has coordinated with Yen Son Commune Police to support people in accessing digital utilities.

The activity aims to effectively implement the Government's Project 06 and promote digital transformation in the area.

Previously, on July 12, officers and soldiers directly went to the grassroots level to propagate and guide people to install and activate level 2 electronic identification accounts (VNeID).

Priority support beneficiaries are ethnic minorities, the elderly, people with disabilities and people with limited access to technology.

At support points, police officers guide the installation of the VNeID application, update information and activate electronic identification accounts.

People are also guided on how to use utilities such as online administrative procedures, information verification and exploitation of essential services.

For the elderly, people with disabilities or those facing travel difficulties, the police force comes to their homes to support the installation and activation of accounts.

The dedication of officers and soldiers helps many people, especially ethnic minorities, to access and use digital utilities proficiently for the first time.

The activity not only provides technical support but also raises people's awareness of the benefits of digital transformation and electronic identification accounts.

According to Phu Tho Provincial Police, supporting people to access digital utilities contributes to the effective implementation of Project 06, building digital government, digital society and serving people better and better.
