On June 22, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that in response to the "Three Bests" emulation movement in 2026 with the motto "Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People", many police units in the area have implemented meaningful activities towards the People and comrades in difficult circumstances.

On June 19, Phong Du Ha Commune Police visited Ms. Mai Thi Kieu (born 1948), wife of martyr Ngo Van Trao, residing in Khe Lau village.
Here, officers and soldiers presented gifts worth 1 million VND, and at the same time encouraged and visited the family's health. The activity shows the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", expressing gratitude to people with meritorious services to the revolution.
Also in June, Detention Center No. 1 of Lao Cai Provincial Police launched a campaign for officers and soldiers to donate to support the family of comrade Hoang Thi Bich Hao, a contract worker at the Bac Ha Detention Center.
Comrade Hao's child suffered from congenital gallbladder atrophy leading to stage IV cirrhosis, requiring long-term treatment with many difficulties.
The working delegation led by Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hung - Inspector of Detention Center No. 1 directly handed over more than 50.2 million VND to Comrade Hao's family, contributing to reducing the burden of treatment costs.

Promoting the spirit of pioneering for the community, on June 21, the Bao Thang Commune Police Youth Union coordinated with the Commune Police Women's Union to support people in harvesting corn in Dong Tam village.

With the participation of 10 turns of officers and soldiers, the Police force helped a household harvest 2 sao of corn, contributing to reducing difficulties during the crop season.
