At the launching ceremony, Colonel Nay Gia Phu - Deputy Director of Dak Nong Provincial Police emphasized that in recent days, storm No. 3 (super storm YAGI) made landfall directly in the northern provinces of our country, leaving behind extremely serious consequences.
Despite careful preparation and prevention, localities still suffered heavy losses in human lives and property.

Police forces in areas affected by the storm have closely followed the direction of the Central Government, the Government and the Ministry of Public Security, implementing plans to respond to natural disasters.
During the performance of their duties, many officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Forces did not hesitate to make sacrifices, face difficulties and hardships, helping and supporting people to respond to and overcome the consequences of the storm; actively and effectively deploying search and rescue work, ensuring security and order in natural disaster situations.
Promoting the spirit of “mutual love” and “helping each other”, Colonel Nay Gia Phu called on all officers, soldiers, union members and members of the units to share difficulties, support with materials, necessities and funds to help people in the Northern provinces overcome difficulties, overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize their lives.
