On April 4, information from Cao Bang Provincial Police said that after the unexpected hailstorm that occurred on the afternoon of March 31, 2026, causing damage to houses and crops of many households, local forces quickly deployed support activities to help people overcome the consequences.
Previously, on April 2, Minh Khai Commune Police coordinated with leaders of the Commune People's Committee, village officials and philanthropists to visit and encourage families affected by natural disasters.
The activity is implemented in association with the emulation movement "Three most: Most disciplined - Most loyal - Closest to the people", showing the spirit of responsibility and proactiveness of the Commune Police force in accompanying people when facing difficulties.
The working delegation presented 10 gifts, worth a total of 10 million VND, to 10 affected households. Although the gifts were not large, they contributed to helping people overcome immediate difficulties, repair their houses and gradually stabilize their lives.
At the families visited, the Commune Police force and local authorities kindly encouraged and shared difficulties with the people; and affirmed that they will continue to stand side by side, supporting people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and soon stabilize their lives and production.
