On the morning of April 1st, Bao Ha Commune Police received a report from Mr. Lu Quang Vu (born in 1990, residing in Tap 1 village, Bao Ha commune) about his daughter, Ms. Lu Thi Kim Dung (born in 2011), leaving home from the afternoon of March 31st but her whereabouts are unknown, causing the family to be extremely worried.
Immediately after receiving the information, Bao Ha Commune Police quickly deployed forces to verify and review areas where the child could move.
With a proactive and responsible spirit, officers and soldiers actively coordinated to grasp the situation in the area, following relevant information to soon determine the direction of the child's movement.
After only a short time, functional forces found Lu Thi Kim Dung while playing in Bun 1 village, Bao Ha commune. Through initial inspection and verification, her health and spirit were stable, with no signs of being abused or in danger.
Immediately after that, the commune police took the child to the headquarters, contacted the family and proceeded to hand over safely to Mr. Lu Quang Vu. Meeting their child again, Mr. Vu's family could not hide their emotion, expressing their gratitude for the spirit of responsibility and dedication of the grassroots police force.
The quick and effective handling of the case not only helped the family stabilize their spirit soon but also contributed to spreading the beautiful image of the People's Police force in the hearts of local people.
This is also a clear proof of the effective implementation of the emulation movement "03 most: Most disciplined - Most loyal - Closest to the people" at the grassroots level.
From the above incident, Bao Ha Commune Police recommends that families need to strengthen care and management of their children, especially adolescents; and regularly grasp children's schedules, relationships and daily activities to promptly detect and prevent unwanted situations that may occur.
