Through practical surveys, dossier research and document comparison, Van communal house is a relic with typical historical, cultural and religious values of the locality. The relic dates back to 1821 (Minh Menh era), is a place to worship two Thanh Hoang: Quy Minh Uy Linh Thuong Dang Phuc Than Dai Vuong and Nam Duong Dong Nguyen Soai Do Thong Ton Than Dai Vuong.
Throughout historical periods, Van communal house has been restored and embellished many times in 1933, 1996 and most recently in 2023, but still retains the typical traditional architectural space of Bac Bo village communal house with a "Dinh" shaped layout. Harmonious landscape including communal house yard, communal pond and system of long-standing ancient trees.

Not only carrying architectural value, Van communal house is also a "red address" associated with important historical events of the locality. During the resistance war against French colonialism and American imperialism, the communal house was a meeting place for the Party Cell, resistance forces, shelters, weapon hiding points, and also a watchtower, observation desk serving combat, contributing to the overall victory of the revolutionary movement in the locality.
In addition, the relic also preserves and maintains a rich traditional festival system, reflecting the long-standing cultural and religious life of the people with many ceremonies throughout the year, combining cultural and artistic exchange activities, contributing to preserving folk cultural identity.
The survey delegation also clearly identified the origin of land, the formation and restoration process of relics through periods. Concluding the survey session, the working delegation unanimously submitted a proposal to competent authorities to consider and rank Dinh Van as a historical and cultural relic in 2026. This is an important basis for preserving, restoring and promoting heritage values, contributing to educating historical and cultural traditions for generations and promoting the development of cultural life in the locality.
