On April 25, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province coordinated with relevant units to organize the opening ceremony of the contest to decorate offering trays and arrange flowers, decorate flower baskets to offer to Hung Kings within the framework of the Hung Kings Commemoration Festival 2026.
The contest took place in the Thuong Temple - Au Lac Temple area, attracting more than 150 contestants from 28 teams from agencies, units, localities, organizations, unions, religious establishments and tourism businesses in the province to participate.
According to the organizers, the contest is a meaningful cultural activity to educate the tradition of "Drinking water, remembering the source", contributing to honoring, preserving and promoting national cultural values; and creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere in the community towards the Hung Kings Commemoration Day.
The contest includes 2 contents: decorating offering trays with the theme "Vietnamese Identity" and arranging flowers and decorating flower baskets with the theme "Vietnamese Land Fragrance Offered to the Nation".
The teams performed the competition in 90 minutes, ensuring aesthetic requirements, creativity, correct theme and expressing traditional cultural meaning through each product.
This is one of the activities of the Hung Kings Commemoration Festival 2026 in Lam Dong, contributing to attracting people and tourists to participate and experience the traditional cultural space.
