Pho Bo Lam was honored by Michelin in the Bib Gourmand category thanks to its special flavor and affordable price. This is also the first time the restaurant has been on this list.
The restaurant is located on Vai shopping street, Hoan Kiem district. After more than 30 years of opening for sale, the restaurant has been loved by many diners because of its "specialty" of beef core pho.

Chinh Thang Riding fee is the only riding fee restaurant in Hanoi on the Michelin Selected 2025 list. This is the first year that a rolling pho restaurant has been named in the Michelin culinary guide.
