Jongrak and his two friends founded the Youtube channel HanQuocBros. The channel often shares Vietnamese culture and cuisine through his own perspective, a Korean who has lived in Vietnam for 8 years. Currently, the channel has more than 1 million followers.
Recently, Jongrak posted a video "24 hours of eating only delicious hu tieu in Saigon". He was determined to only eat hu tieu during the day.
This journey to explore the cuisine made him realize: "It's unbelievable that there are so many other delicious and famous hu tieu in Saigon. Before now, I only eat one basic type."

The first restaurant is Nam Chicken Market - a famous address for delicious chicken, natural golden skin, and firm chicken. Jongrak commented that for Koreans, chicken here is a bit tough, but Vietnamese people like it because they prefer more crispy chicken.
When he arrived at the restaurant, he immediately ordered a portion of 3 slices of noodles and chicken thighs. The Korean vlogger nodded while eating because of the delicious chicken, "ctick meat and soft skin".
The restaurant is located at 394/6, Minh Phung, District 11, open from 7am - 12pm.

The second restaurant that Jongrak has come to is Nguyen Phat, the restaurant has been in operation for 35 years and the special dish is the delicious hu tieu with Nai meat.
A bowl of hot, hot shrimp stew was opened, surprising him because he had never seen this "confrontation". The aroma of peanuts and star fruit along with the soft noodles look very similar to the rice paper.
As soon as he ate the first piece, the Korean guy went from one surprise to another because of the flavors he had never tried before.
Jongrak wondered, "Is pho fiber also called hu tieu?". He commented that the braised Nai meat is the same as rare beef when eating rice and is difficult to recognize if you don't read the menu in advance.
Eating a bowl of hard-fought hardship is almost the whole bowl of Hu Huyirak realized, why does a bowl of sa khoai look less like other places? The reason is that the flavor of the dish is quite rich, the flavor is quite strong, so eating a lot will easily get bored.
The restaurant is located at 581, Nguyen Trai, District 5, open from 6:45 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 22:00.

The last restaurant Jongrak visited was Tran Binh Trong's pig's Den, he saw everyone lining up, normally customers wait 30 minutes, at peak times it can be up to 40 - 45 minutes.
The restaurant opened at 6pm, Jongrak saw a long line of people waiting for their turn to eat or buy. At 6:35 p.m., he also had a seat. The restaurant is selling on the sidewalk, but diners are already full from early morning and there are always people lining up to wait.
For a bowl of mixed hu tieu with shrimp, young eggs, chicken, pork... the Korean guy tried each ingredient with his own dipping sauce and then enjoy the hot hu tieu noodles. This is the bowl of hu tieu that he appreciates for its delicious sauce, from the dipping sauce to the sauce mixed with hu tieu noodles.
The restaurant is located at 160 Tran Binh Trong, District 5, open all night.
The Korean guy suggested that tourists who have never eaten Saigon soap, if they want to enjoy a standard bowl of soap, should not miss the address on Tran Binh Trong Street. For those who like new flavors, come to the other two restaurants.
Having tried all three famous huong wineries in Saigon, Jongrak commented that he was personally surprised by the third restaurant when it was the first time he had to wait in line to eat since coming to Vietnam, but the wait was worth it.
