At first glance when alive, ostrich meat has a characteristic red color quite similar to beef. When grilled, the meat smells like yakiniku (Japanese barbecue).
Diners commented that ostrich meat tastes like beef but is softer and has less fat. In particular, ostrich meat is considered one of the meats with the highest protein content. A portion of ostrich meat costs about 5,400 won (100,000 VND).
As for frog meat, diners said the dish is fragrant, meaty and lean, not inferior to chicken. However, not everyone likes this dish because it will have a unique smell. A portion of frog meat costs about 5,100 won (95,000 VND).
Summing up the meal, Korean diners agreed that pork stew was the best dish of all three types of meat they tried at the restaurant.
