This culinary site commented that the rich flavor of the broth, the soft and chewy noodles, the delicious slices of meat, herbs... have taken the dish to a new level.
That is why Vietnamese pho dishes all rank high in this ranking. According to data from Taste Atlas, beef pho ranked 8th, rare beef pho ranked 23rd, chicken pho ranked 24th, vegetarian pho ranked 26th and seafood pho ranked 27th.
Not only pho dishes, many vermicelli dishes were also named by Taste Atlas, in which bun bo Hue was ranked 17th.
