Ho Chi Minh City - Bun Bo Restaurant is located deep in the small alley, directed by Quang Dung, to eat for 20 years.

Ba Ba beef noodle shop is located on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Although it is only a sidewalk shop with a small area, a simple traditional flavor, the shop has existed for nearly 40 years and always crowded with customers.

This is also the favorite beef noodle shop of director Quang Dung. He shared that he had known this beef noodle shop since he was young, about 20 years ago. Once married, he often brought his son here to enjoy.

The shop has a small area, only a few sets of plastic tables and chairs on the sidewalk and curb. Guests call this funny "beef noodle shop for people alone" because of the narrow space, not suitable for a large group of friends. Most customers who come to the shop are patrons, have eaten here for decades. Diners often go odd, pair with strangers. In return, the quality of food makes everyone happy.

A bowl of beef noodles at the restaurant only consists of basic topping, noodles, spring rolls and beef, and onions. For many years, the shop has not changed the flavor or added blood, crab rolls, pork rolls. Bun is used as a large fiber, similar to the Hue beef noodle version in Hanoi.

Although the size of the vermicelli looks quite small, the meal is considered to be full. Diners mixed with salty fish sauce, add pureed chili and lemon dipped in soft meat, crispy beef tendon.

Director Quang Dung assessed the broth of noodles, without the smell of fish sauce but fragrant lemongrass, not as pale as cheese water but not as strong as Hue beef noodle soup. If you want to eat plenty of fat water, guests can ask the shop to add to form a greasy layer of waves above. In addition, because the use of stainless steel bowl, the heat of the noodles is also kept better.

According to him, this is just a normal beef noodle shop, not Hue beef noodle soup: "The beef noodle soup here is not like Hue beef noodle soup.

He thinks that Hue beef noodle soup is already famous. But when traveling to many other provinces, diners can still encounter noodles with special flavors such as Da Nang beef noodle soup, Gia Lai beef noodle soup ... Ba Ba beef noodle soup is Saigon beef noodle soup, suitable for the taste of Saigon people.

The shop only sells from 15:30 - 20:30 and often closed early because of the stock. A bowl of beef noodle soup costs about 50,000 VND, if purchased is 52,000 VND and added 62,000 VND.

Director Quang Dung shared that his son also loved the taste of noodles here, so he often took his family to the shop to enjoy.
