“My grandmother is originally from Hue, so she taught me the recipe for bun bo Hue. She also opened a bun bo Hue restaurant for many years. My mother did not like to follow the kitchen career, so it was only my generation that she continued her bun bo Hue cooking career. The name of bun bo Hue restaurant is my grandmother's name,” Dai shared.

The owner said that because the taste of diners in each region is different, during the cooking process, he also adjusted the flavor to make it most harmonious. Because the standard bun bo Hue is often sweeter than the taste of diners in the North.
