Minh Nguyet Thanh Ca

Representative of Capella Hanoi Hotel launched a limited edition cake box called "Minh Nguyet Thanh Ca", inspired by ca Tru, an elegant art form that once resounded in the quiet spaces of the ancient Thang Long.

Under the creative hands of the world-famous architect Bill Bensley, the Bach, the sound of the housewife's final lute and the vibration of the singer's voice are transformed into a design language: sophisticated carved patterns, color like the autumn moonlight sweeping through the ancient tiled roof.

Behind the handmade crust are four cakes created with their own spirit, in harmony with the sound of each Ca Tru bai. The salted egg crossboards retain the traditional soul with lotus seeds, orange jam, sugar fat and the golden yellow eggs of salted eggs, fatty, filling and round like the sound of the golden drum.

The coffee beans of coconut and green beans are gentle and alert, like a song that evokes everyday life with a deep, flavorful voice. The almonds and cranberries are a bright, quiet space; while the red apples and black sesame seeds are a quiet, deep note like a song that stopped in the middle of a party night that had passed half.
